Seven pounds of strawberry jam. I had lots of help from the short people which has manifested itself in the jam not setting well. I tried two different pectins- Sure Jell and Bell's Instant. Oh well, the boyos eat jam straight out of the jar and love to put it on yogurt. Runny jam is still jam to them!
Need to remember 1.5 lbs of strawberries equals one quart!
