Many years ago I made a quilt for my Grandmama using Georgette Christmas. I had some fabric left over so I saved it. When we were clearing out my Grandmama's house, my aunt asked if she could keep the quilt. I said yes, of course. My auntie is a quilter too and I knew she would enjoy it. So this weekend, I asked myself what did I want to sew? And it was this little quilt. I'm hoping to sew the blocks together tonight. It isn't exactly like the first one but I'll always think of my Grandmama when I see it.Tuesday, December 01, 2020
