Finished!
Finally! I started this in June for AYOS. It started out as the Leap Year Schnibble but I got tired of making the 36 patch blocks after 13. So I thought I would try my hand at a log cabin block-and it measured the same size! So off I went to make 15 of each. This is American Jane's Happy Campers line. I used a honey bun and 2 yards of the brown basket weave. I'm not sure how much of the landscape fabric I used for the border. I'm happy to have finished this one!

an evening's work
Here is the finished body of the Leap Year plus Log Cabins quilt.
Below it is shown with a sample of the border fabric. I wanted to get that done tonight too but I'm too tired to do it properly.

slowly, slowly . . .
I started this quilt in June-the Leap Year Schnibble. The 36 sq blocks are from that pattern. I got tired of making those so started the log cabin ones. I finally finished the 30 blocks that I need yesterday. After I get them all sewn together I will put on a border of some Happy Campers fabric-my favorite line from American Jane. The blocks are all made from a Happy Camper Honeybun. I think this quilt will finish somewhere around 55x64. We'll see!
