A nice pair


I just finished these. I decided to redo the toe on the first sock. I knit 72 rows before starting the decreases for the toe.  I love the feather and fan pattern so much.

I've already cast on for another pair.

One finished


I finished this last weekend and immediately cast on for the matching one. I've finished the pattern on the calf but I can't remember how many plain rows I knit before the heel! Oh well, it will look fine.

Well begun. . .

Well begun is half done, right? Sock #1 is complete and I cast on for its mate while descaling the kettle.
